Bioplastics

Boosting your biodegradability
Wool Source Pigments are a values-aligned, renewable colour solution for bioplastics such as PHA, PLA and Bio-PE, providing comparable colour to traditional pigments without the nasties.
Our pigments contain 92-98% biobased carbon content (ASTMD6866), play well with biopolymers and work at a range of inclusion rates for tailored colour payoffs.
At end of life, most traditional pigments are non-biodegradable, contributing to potential long-lasting waste in air, soil and waterways. In contrast, Wool Source Pigments are ethically sourced, minimally processed and made to contribute to a circular economy.
Our expert team will partner with you to get the best colour performance for your needs as we work to bring bioplastics to the mainstream.
